Nathan Irons

Managing Member

Nathan is the founder and managing member of Bluestone Financial Advisors, LLC. As well as serving as advisor to Bluestone’s business owner clients, Nathan also directs the firm’s strategy, growth and development of new capabilities and services.

As an entrepreneur himself Nathan brings extensive business experience to his client relationships. He also possesses a detailed understanding of business and financial planning tools and techniques. But it is Nathan’s unique ability to quickly synthesize many complex ideas into a results-oriented plan of action that heads the list of broad-ranging capabilities he has developed in his career as a successful and innovative entrepreneur.

Nathan founded Bluestone’s predecessor company in 1999 and since then has focused on developing a unique copyrighted business process as the foundation for engaging fellow business owners in a more productive and results-driven advisory service. The registration of Bluestone Financial Advisors, LLC as a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) in 2008 was a further milestone in creating a system designed to eliminate the typical conflicts of interest inherent in the financial services industry.

Prior to establishing his own company, Nathan worked with business owners as a representative of several financial services companies beginning in 1992, primarily working with business owners. During this time Nathan developed a deep understanding of various insurance-related products, including life and disability insurance, as well as securities.

Nathan was born and raised in Vermont. After high school, he traveled across the US and Mexico before enlisting in the US Navy. He is an avid reader, with a keen interest in health and wellness.
